Water cooling absorbs blade heat directly through circulating coolant (such as diluted emulsion), while flushing plastic debris to prevent adhesion and overheating. Suitable for long-term continuous operation, with fast cooling and good cleaning effect, but regular maintenance of pipelines and nozzles is required to avoid blockage.

Air cooling system: a lightweight and environmentally friendly choice for plastic processing
Air cooling utilizes compressed air or low-temperature airflow to dissipate blade heat, with no risk of liquid contamination and simple maintenance. Suitable for light load or short-term processing (such as small batch plastic recycling), but the cooling effect is limited during high load, and can be combined with water cooling to improve efficiency.
