When choosing bearings for a grinding machine, we need to consider multiple factors comprehensively.
Firstly, the type of bearing. If the load of the pulverizer is relatively light, such as some small pulverizers or pulverizer for processing soft plastics, deep groove ball bearings are a good choice. Deep groove ball bearings have good rotational accuracy and low friction torque, which can meet the working requirements under light load conditions. For larger load pulverizers, such as processing high hardness engineering plastics or large grinding equipment, tapered roller bearings are more suitable. Conical roller bearings can withstand large radial and axial loads and maintain stable performance even under heavy loads. Next is the brand of the bearings. Imported brands such as SKF and NSK bearings usually perform better in terms of quality and service life. These brands have strict production processes and quality control standards, producing bearings with high precision and good wear resistance, which can maintain stable performance in long-term high load work and reduce the occurrence of failures.

In addition, lubrication of bearings is also very important. For the bearings of the pulverizer, we generally recommend using high-temperature resistant grease and ensuring that their working temperature does not exceed 150 ℃. Because during the operation of the pulverizer, the bearings generate a certain amount of heat. If the high-temperature resistance of the lubricating grease is poor, it may lead to a decrease in the performance of the grease, affecting the normal operation of the bearings. So choosing suitable high-temperature resistant grease and regularly lubricating and maintaining the bearings is the key to ensuring their normal operation.
