How to use the PVC Pulverizer Machine


PVC pulverizer machine is used to grind waste PVC ceiling, PVC pipe, PVC profile, and PVC marble sheet into fine powder. The capacity can be from 100-900kg/h.
The PVC pulverizer machine is available in diameters ranging from 300 to 800 mm. These PVC pulverizer machines are high-speed, precision pulverizers for processing medium-hard, impact-resistant and friable materials. The material to be crushed is introduced through the center of a vertically fixed grinding disc that is mounted concentrically with an identical high-speed rotating grinding disc. Centrifugal force carries the material through the grinding zone and the resulting powder is collected by a blower and cyclone system. Depending on the application, the machine can be equipped with an integrated grinding disc or grinding section.

The plastic grinder mainly consists of an electric motor, disc-type blades, feeding fan, vibrating screen, dust removal system, etc.
According to the customer’s needs, some accessories can be chosen, such as converter, vacuum loader, screw loader, magnetic mesh, metal separator, chiller, pulse dust collector, metering and weighing packing machine, etc.


Working Principle of PVC Pulverizer Machine:
Multifunctional PVC pulverizer machine is made up of four components: air conveying pipeline, cyclone separator, electric control panel and water supply. Putting raw materials into grinding chamber, through the classification and cooling of wind and water, people can get 15-100 meshes of PVC plastic powder.

2. Using the tail flow (part of the vortex) generated by the tail swing of the spindle capstan of this machine (no sieving).

4. Compared with the same type of crusher, this model has higher capacity, strict structure, quite small machine size, and the main machine cover can be opened for maintenance.
