Application:
The linear vibrating screen uses the principle of vibration motor excitation, so that the material is thrown up by the screen on the screen surface, and at the same time, it moves forward in a straight line to achieve the purpose of screening with a reasonably matched screen. The linear vibrating screen is suitable for screening any material of 0.074-6mm, and the maximum feeding size is not more than 10mm. Linear vibrating screens are widely used in the screening of materials in abrasives, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, building materials, food, carbon, fertilizer and other industries.
Description:
The linear vibrating screen uses vibration motor excitation as the source of vibration power, so that the material is thrown up on the screen while moving forward in a straight line. The material enters the inlet of the screening machine evenly from the feeder, and generates data through the multi-layer screen. The oversize and undersize items of various specifications are discharged from their respective outlets. It has low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust spillage, automatic discharge, and is more suitable for assembly line operations.
Working principle:
The linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibration exciters. When the two vibration exciters are synchronized and rotated in opposite directions, the excitation force generated by the eccentric block cancels each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Stacking is a resultant force, so the trajectory of the screen is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of the exciting force and the material’s self-gravity, the materials are thrown up and jump forward on the screen surface for linear motion, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading materials. Can be used to realize automated operations in the assembly line. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, and fully enclosed structure without dust spillage. The maximum sieving mesh is 400 meshes, which can screen out 7 kinds of materials with different sizes.
Structure Description
The screening machine is mainly composed of screen box, screen frame, screen, vibration motor, motor pedestal, damping springs, brackets and other components.
1. Screen box: the number of different thickness steel plates welded together, with a certain strength and stiffness, is a major component of the screening machine.
2, Screen frame: a small wood made of pine or the amount of deformation is mainly used to keep the screen flat, reaching the normal screening.
3, Screen: low carbon steel, brass, bronze, stainless steel wire mesh and several kinds.
4, Vibration motor (use and maintenance methods are detailed in vibration motor manual).
5, the motor pedestal: Install vibration motor, connecting screws must be tightened before use, especially three days before the new trial screening machine, must repeatedly tightened to avoid loose causing the accident.
6, Damping spring: to prevent vibration transmitted to the ground, while supporting the full weight of the sieve box, during installation, the spring must be perpendicular to the ground.
7, Stents: the four pillars and two channel composition, supports screen box, when you install the pillars must be perpendicular to the ground, the two pillars of the following channels should be parallel to each other.
