What PVC materials can this machine process?

Rigid and semi-rigid PVC from low to moderate hardness: UPVC/CPVC pipe, window and door profiles, soft PVC sheet, SPC flooring, ceiling board, foam sheet, and PVC bottles or cards. Highly plasticised soft PVC (Shore A below 60) may require the optional external chiller.

What mesh size range can the PNMP produce?

15 to 100 mesh (approximately 150–1,000 µm), adjusted by changing the disc blade gap. No disc removal required. Most pipe recycling applications target 40–60 mesh; SPC flooring lines typically require 60–80 mesh.

How long do the grinding blades last?
