The recycling and reuse of wind turbine blades have become an urgent problem to be solved with the rapid development of the wind power industry. As early installed wind turbines gradually retire, a large number of blades need to be processed. Improper handling will impose a burden on the environment, while effective recycling helps to reuse resources and reduce the demand for raw materials.

Recovery value
The mechanical recycling method converts waste wind blades into secondary raw materials through a series of processes, which not only achieves resource conservation and reuse, reduces dependence on natural resources, but also significantly improves economic benefits, reduces raw material procurement and waste disposal costs. At the same time, this method effectively reduces environmental pollution, converts waste into valuable resources, and promotes the development of circular economy.

Process flow
Large blade cutting: Use hydraulic olecranon pliers to accurately cut large-sized wind blades. Hydraulic olecranon pliers, with their powerful cutting force and precise maneuverability, can easily meet the cutting needs of large-sized blades and provide suitable material sizes for subsequent processing steps.
Crushing and shredding: The sheared wind blades are sent to a dual axis shredder for crushing and shredding processing. The dual axis shredder cuts, tears, and squeezes the blades on two opposing rotating blade shafts, further reducing the size of the material.
Further crushing: The material processed by the double axis shredder is sent to the hammer crusher for further crushing. The hammer crusher uses a high-speed rotating hammer head to strike and collide materials, breaking them into smaller particles.
Grinding and screening: The material processed by the hammer crusher is sent to the grinding machine for grinding and screening. The grinding machine compresses and rubs the material into fine powder through grinding rollers, and discharges the required powder from the discharge port through screening equipment to complete the entire processing flow.
