Under the action of centrifugal force, the rotating particles are thrown towards the cylinder wall. The downward moving gas is accelerated by the cone and is reflected upward and discharged into the fan through the return air pipe. The lower end of the powder collector is equipped with a discharge valve, and the powder falling from the lower end of the powder collector is discharged through the upper and lower cone valves.
Since the core of the upward rotating airflow formed at the bottom of the cone of the powder collector is in a negative pressure state, the sealing requirements for the lower end of the powder collector are very high and no air leakage is allowed. Once the air leakage will make the powder already caught by the gas blows up again and take away, directly affecting the output of the whole machine.
Therefore, the lower end of the powder collector is equipped with upper and lower cone valves, whose function is to open or close them respectively, so as to ensure that the outside air is not sucked into the powder collector when discharging, so that the finished materials are concentrated together, no dust leakage, stable sealing and environmental protection performance, the reduced labor intensity of manual operation, and clean and tidy production environment.
