Aerated aluminum powder production process
In the past, aerated concrete products with an aerating agent using aluminum powder is mainly dry production, the existence of this production process is complex, large investment, unsafe, heavy pollution and high-cost shortcomings. In recent years WANROOETECH developed a water-based aluminum powder paste, but the water quality requirements are harsh, some processes must also have more post-treatment processes, and the cost is also higher. Now, after a lot of experiments, we finally developed a successful process of producing water-based aluminum powder paste with general tap water and well water.

The main use of aerated aluminum powder
The main use of aerated aluminum powder for aerated concrete is the chemical reaction between aluminum powder and silica and quicklime in the production process to release gas, so that the produced concrete blocks form porous structure inside. In the process of aerated concrete block production, the gas is added into the aluminum slurry mixing tank, and then put into the aluminum slurry measuring scale after full mixing, and finally put into the casting mixer together with lime, gypsum, fly ash and other raw materials, the aluminum powder in the aluminum slurry can react with alkaline substances to release hydrogen gas and produce bubbles, so that the aerated concrete slurry expands to form a porous structure. Thus, the weight of the produced aerated concrete block is generally 500-700kg/m3, which is only equivalent to 1/4-1/5 of clay brick and 1/5 of ordinary concrete and is a lighter kind of concrete. It is a lighter type of concrete. The dead weight of the building is more than 40% lower than that of ordinary brick and concrete structures.

In addition, the use of aerated can also make aerated concrete blocks have the following effects.

1. Sound insulation effect
Because of its unique porous structure, the internal structure is like bread, uniformly distributed with a large number of closed pores, and therefore has a certain degree of sound absorption capacity. 10mm thick walls can reach 41 DB.

2. Strong earthquake resistance
Aerated concrete block has a light capacity, good overall performance and small inertia during earthquakes.

3. Heat preservation effect
Since aerated concrete blocks have a large number of pores and micro-pores inside, they have good heat insulation performance. The thermal conductivity is 0.11-0.16W/MK, which is 1/4-1/5 of that of clay brick. usually, the thermal insulation effect of a 20cm thick aerated concrete wall is equivalent to that of a 49cm thick ordinary solid clay brick wall.

4. Seepage resistance effect
Because the aerated concrete block consists of many independent small pores, water absorption and moisture conduction slowly, the same volume of water absorption to saturation time is 5 times that of clay bricks. When used in the bathroom, the wall can be directly pasted with tiles after the interface treatment.
