The core crushing process is completed in the coarse crushing chamber: two parallel installed main shafts rotate relative to each other at a set speed ratio, driving the cutting tools on the shafts to engage and shear, and crushing large waste rubber blocks. The crushed rubber blocks fall onto the rotating sieve, and the fragments that meet the particle size requirements fall into the sieve holes and are transported out by the conveyor belt. The material blocks that do not meet the standards are rotated along the sieve surface to the crushing area for reprocessing. The cutting tool has undergone special surface treatment, possessing high hardness, rigidity, and excellent wear resistance. The transmission system is driven by an electric motor, which drives the dual main shafts to rotate synchronously after two-stage deceleration through a “pulley+reducer” or a “gearbox+reducer”.
