This heavy-duty shredder serves as the primary size reduction unit in cable recycling lines, processing waste power cables, copper wires, and aluminum conductors into uniform 10-20mm fragments. Designed for high-volume recycling facilities, the machine handles diverse cable types including automotive wiring harnesses, communication cables, building installation wires, and ACSR conductors.
Integration with Granulation Systems: Shredded material feeds directly into downstream cable granulators via conveyor systems, where further reduction to 3-8mm enables complete metal-plastic separation. The combined process achieves 99.9% purity in recovered copper and aluminum fractions.
