Application Areas:
Double shaft shredder blades are widely used for crushing and processing metal, plastic, tires, electronic appliances, and mixed industrial waste. Its core design is divided into split type and integral type: split type blades support quick replacement of blade teeth, easy maintenance, and high cost-effectiveness, but require a thicker base (usually ≥ 50mm) to maintain connection rigidity, and there is a risk of fatigue at the interface; The integral blade structure is complete and reliable, and the thickness can be moderately reduced under the same strength. However, it needs to be disassembled as a whole for maintenance, and the flexibility is insufficient. The selection should be based on specific materials and working conditions, striking a balance between the maintenance efficiency of the split type and the ultimate strength of the integral structure.

Description:
The TDF tire shredder system is engineered for converting waste tires into Tire-Derived Fuel (TDF). It processes 1.2 to 10 tons of tires per hour and produces rubber chips ranging from 25mm to 152mm. These chips serve as a direct coal substitute for industrial boilers and cement kilns.
TDF offers clear advantages over coal: a calorific value approximately 25% higher, cleaner combustion, lower fuel cost, and significantly reduced emissions of sulfur, nitrogen oxides, and heavy metals compared to coal and petroleum coke.
The system comprises a dual-shaft shredder paired with a rotary sizing screen. Tires are fed into the shredding chamber, cut into uniform 50–150mm fragments, and then screened to specification before discharge.
Operational principle:
The waste commercial tire shredder is based on physical crushing technology, which uses high-strength wear-resistant blade shafts and internal high-speed rotating blades to safely and efficiently crush waste tires into small pieces. The equipment is designed to be sturdy and durable, equipped with protective devices to ensure stable and reliable operation, ultimately converting tires into reusable resources such as rubber particles and fuel.
Tire shredder blade:

Technical Features:
1.No polluted water, no waste gas and no waste residuce during the production process;
2.Compact structure, small space and easy maintennance;
3.Lower energy consumption and good cost performance of investment;
4.shredder is designed with a powerful engine, long working length and aggressive input, Internal feeding volume bigger than traditional and common single shaft shredder machine;
5.The two cutting rotors powerfully grab the feed material;
6.Any overloads caused by foreign material are sensed by the PLC controller and cause the shaft rotation to stop and reverse direction to clear the foreign matter, and then resume;
7.Screen is used to make sure the size of the output can meet each customer’s requirement( From 40mm–75mm);
8.Cutters removal and replacement can be carried out safely and simply.
9.Our tire shredders Use a planetary reducer, not a traditional gearbox, and the planetary gearbox has the following advantages: High Efficiency, Greater Stability, Compact Size, Higher Torque Density, Cost-Effective Precision, High Radial Loads.
