This PNMP pulveriser is configured as the second-stage machine in a two-step plastic film recycling process. In stage one, waste PP or PE film, woven bags, or agricultural film is processed through an agglomerator machine, which uses friction heat to compact loose, lightweight film into dense, free-flowing granules (densified agglomerate, typically 3–15 mm). In stage two, this pulveriser grinds those agglomerate granules into fine powder in the 15–100 mesh range at 100–900 kg/h, ready for use in compounding, masterbatch production, or direct extrusion blending.
The belt conveyor feeder with integrated magnetic roller — the key hardware difference from standard PNMP configurations — removes ferrous contaminants from the agglomerate stream before it enters the grinding chamber, protecting the turbo-blade disc and improving output powder purity.
Waste Plastic Pulverizer Densified Agglomerator Material Miller Grinding Machine Application Areas:
This machine is used wherever an agglomerator is already in operation and a downstream pulverising step is required to convert agglomerate into usable powder. Primary applications include:
- PP/PE film recycling: agricultural greenhouse film, stretch wrap, and packaging film agglomerate ground to 20–60 mesh for compounding or pipe production blends
- Woven bag recycling: PP woven sack and FIBC agglomerate ground to 30–60 mesh for reintroduction into woven tape or injection applications
- Mixed plastic film: multi-layer or contaminated film agglomerate ground for lower-specification applications such as plastic lumber or construction film
The machine is not designed for raw unprocessed film — loose film must be agglomerated first. For PVC film specifically, the PNMF disc-type pulveriser is the recommended configuration.
Waste Plastic Pulverizer Densified Agglomerator Material Miller Grinding Machine Description:
This PNMP PVC waste plastic pulverizer is chiefly designed to grind PVC. The pulverizer uses a turbo-type blade. The static blade and rotary blade could be adjusted, thus you can get different sizes of PVC powder with one grinder. High output, low energy consumption and long lifespan attract many customers around the world. It can be used for PVC plastic from PVC pipe/profile/soft sheet/bottle/card from low to moderate hardness PVC.
The output of our PNMP waste plastic pulverizer can reach 100-900kg/h (15-100mesh).
Waste Plastic Pulverizer Densified Agglomerator Material Miller Grinding Machine Technical Features:
- Belt conveyor with magnetic roller feeder — removes ferrous tramp metal from the agglomerate stream before it enters the grinding disc; standard on this configuration, not available on vibration-loader PNMP variants.
- Turbo-blade disc handles densified agglomerate directly — no secondary pre-crushing required after the agglomerator; agglomerate granules (3–15 mm) feed directly from the belt conveyor into the grinding chamber.
- Adjustable output fineness (15–100 mesh) — blade gap tunable via feeler gauge during operation; single machine covers multiple powder specifications for different downstream applications.
- Closed-loop classification — vibrating screen returns oversized particles to the disc automatically, ensuring consistent powder size from variable agglomerate bulk density.
- Dual water-and-air cooling — maintains stable processing temperature during continuous runs on heat-sensitive PP/PE materials.
- SKF bearings, Siemens motor — standard across all PNMP models.

 |
Conveyor belt feeding
Belt conveyor with magnetic roller at the head pulley. As agglomerate travels along the belt, the magnetic roller captures ferrous particles — metal fragments from film collection, baling wire, or staples — before they reach the grinding chamber. Protecting the turbo-blade disc from tramp metal is the primary function of this feeder configuration. |
PVC Pulverizer Disc
Turbo-type disc with adjustable static and rotary blade gap. Handles densified PP/PE agglomerate at 15–100 mesh output. Same disc platform used across PNMP-500 through PNMP-1000, with shared spare parts availability. |

 |
PVC Pulverizer Blade
D2 or SKD-11 steel. For PP/PE film agglomerate (relatively low hardness), D2 is the standard specification. SKD-11 recommended if the agglomerate contains PVC or harder plastic fractions. |
Conveying pipe :
304 stainless steel, double-layer with water cooling. Prevents contamination of the powder stream; stainless construction avoids rust discolouration in light-coloured PE or PP powder output. |
 |
 |
Vibrating Screen
Classifies ground powder in real time. On-spec particles discharge to collection; oversized agglomerate fragments return to the disc automatically. Screen mesh interchangeable for different target fineness. |
Intelligent Control
PLC panel manages belt feeder speed, disc speed, and cooling from one interface. Fault detection halts the system and displays an error code on overload or temperature exceedance. |
 |
 |
Bags Type Dust Catcher
Standard dust control option. Adequate for most single-unit installations processing PP/PE agglomerate in ventilated workshops. |
Pulse Dust Collecter(Optional)
Recommended for enclosed workshops or where the agglomerate input has higher surface dust content from collection and baling. Pulse-jet self-cleaning maintains stable airflow without manual bag shaking. |

Frequently Asked Questions
What is densified agglomerator material, and why does film need this pre-treatment?
Densified agglomerate is the output of an agglomerator machine: loose plastic film is fed into a high-speed friction chamber where heat generated by the blades softens the film surface, causing particles to fuse into dense, irregular granules (typically 3–15 mm, bulk density 200–450 kg/m³). Without this step, raw film cannot feed consistently into a disc or blade pulveriser — it bridges at the inlet, wraps around moving parts, and produces irregular powder output. Agglomeration converts unmanageable film into a free-flowing granule that feeds predictably into the PNMP grinding chamber.
What is the difference between this machine and the PNMF film pulveriser?
Both machines process agglomerated plastic film, but they differ in mechanism and primary material. The PNMF uses a centrifugal flat-disc mechanism and is optimised for PVC film agglomerate (20–120 mesh, 30–600 kg/h). This PNMP configuration uses a turbo-blade disc and is suited to PP, PE, and mixed polyolefin film agglomerate (15–100 mesh, 100–900 kg/h). The PNMP also includes a belt conveyor with magnetic roller as the standard feeder, whereas the PNMF uses a vibratory feeder. For PVC film, the PNMF is the recommended choice; for PP/PE film, this PNMP configuration is standard.
Can this machine process agglomerate from multiple plastic types in the same run?
Mixed PP/PE agglomerate is within the machine’s operating range. Mixed-polymer powder output will have a blended melt flow index and is typically suitable for lower-specification applications such as plastic lumber, construction film, or non-critical injection parts. For applications requiring single-polymer powder (e.g. PP powder for masterbatch), material sorting upstream of the agglomerator is required to maintain output powder consistency.
